Blue Funk

I have been in a blue funk lately. I did not get that excited about having my first published piece. You would think I would be shouting out on my blog and everywhere else someone would hear me. Don't you think I would have lampwork beads and clasp ready to sell on etsy but no........ A friend asked me to make 2 Giant theme necklaces and it's sitting there. I hope I snap out of this. There is beading to do...

Better Late then never.

Sorry for the delay. We were camping for the holiday weekend. Amy Of Copper Diem organized a fun blog hop . She gave us all a cocktail and we were to get our inspiration from the drink. I got Singapore sling. A very fruity drink I have not have, but the colors were very pretty.
Singapore Sling ing.
1.5 gin
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz cherry Herring
1/2 oz lime juice
1/4 Benidictine
13 Contro
1/3 grenadine
dash of bitters

My necklace I used small ceramic beads of Elaine Ray in a raspberry color my lampwork beads in yellow color The ring is resin. Silk ribbon from Marsha Neal. Cord and seed beads local bead stores. Thanks Amy for thinking of a fun blog hop.
