Day Two Of the 12 Days of Christmas

Marcy a gifted lampwork artist sent me a gorgeous snowflake pendant. The detail is magnificent. I love her silver  bail too. I am going to be honored to wear you're lovely work. Marcy sent a cute box too.

12 Days of Christmas

Merry Christmas to all. Today starts the 12 Days of Christmas blog hop that Lorelei has put on for the last two years. I was lucky to be in group 1 beads and componets. I made hand made gifts with my glass beads,metal componets,fused glass, well glass in general.

Lorelei set me her cute snippets bead caps. I think I see a pair of earrings with these. I had a picture of lorelei envelope but has gotten lost in my computer. It was handmade and so cute.

Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas Eve to all. One more day before Lorelei 12 Days of Christmas starts. Hope you all have a great day and evening with your familys and friends. I would like you all to say a little prayer for my friend Marie better known as Skye Jewels is having her surgery today. She has been so strong doing the Chemo and working so hard to keep her line of beautiful jewelry and components to stay open on line. Keep her close in our hearts this holiday season. Little bit of copper

My Fiesta Bracelet

I made this bracelet with one of selections off the Love Art Tour. I picked Golem Designs large striped lentil added some of my small lampwork and seed beads. I found the sterling silver sombrero at a thrift store. I was waiting for the perfect combo to use it, and I think I found it.

New Beads

Posting beads on Etsy all day. It's been long over due. I wish there was a way to do it faster. I was chosen to be part of the 12 days of christmas on Lorelei's blog. Starting on christmas Day we open one gift and blog about it. I handmade everything mostly in glass but some metal and one ceramic piece. I tried hard to match my gifts to the receivers with something they would like. Lorelei gift I had to go out side the box as she is the master of Jewelry Designing. All my gifts were mailed today.
   Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving with family and friends.

Ears to you

I heard about this from Pattie Vanderbloemen. They provide Earrings to woman undergoing cancer treatments.  I am sending out 5 pairs of earring more when I get a chance. If you would like to know more about this organization go here.

Week-end with Ta'Neal

My Granddaughter was up for the week-end. We made home made ravioli's and sauce.

Work,Work,Work

I have been so busy making beads for this show I have not put one thing on Etsy. Etsy changed in my absents. My goal today is 5 sets of beads for the show, clean 34 beads and make mixed sets. Earring cards or loose on a frame? Try to get a few set on etsy this week. My granddaughter is coming for the week-end so that will be fun. I will leave you with a picture of the goodies from the garden.

To be a better blogger......
I am torching every day, cleaning beads, sorting. Arranging the 8 feet booth in Christmas theme has its challenge's. I am bring mostly beads some earrings and bracelets and I think I have two necklaces. I might take a picture and you can let me know if I am on the right track. So now you see why I have not been blogging or taking pictures of the garden. It's been so hot here!!!!!! Should cool down next week.

Bead Soup Blog Hop!

Lori Anderson's 6th annual Bead Soup Blog Hop!  Lori outdid her self this year with 400 bead hopper's Thank-you for this great opportunity again to meet new designers.

    My bead partner Miranda Ackerley sent me a lot of beads and goodies. I made four designs and didn't put a dent in all the beads Miranda sent. They will speak to me at another  time. Miranda has a fun blog you can visit.

 The vintage button is so pretty in this piece.

 My lampwork bead and clasp matched so nicely with the turquoise sticks.
